We want you to love your sustainable essentials, but if things aren't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure we can find them a new home.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid eco-friendly shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original reusable mailer, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
